A few words

Success depends upon previous preparation, and without such preparation there is sure to be failure.— Confucius

Always open-minded and willing to help, curious about how the world works. I enjoy working in groups and helping people.

When working on projects I do my best to motivate the participants and organise the events and schedules around them. A project can get complicated along the way — in those moments I rely on inventive thinking to solve the obstacles and finish within the deadline.

How I work

i — values

Core values

StoicEthicalDecisive

I lead with logic and reflection, and hold every decision to a high ethical standard. I try to keep the space around me one of respect and empathy — the kind that's good for both leading and working together.

ii — challenges

Facing challenges

PragmaticInnovativeResilient

My solutions stay practical, grounded in genuinely understanding the problem, and open to a better idea. I like turning obstacles into opportunities — and staying calm and focused under pressure.

iii — people

Working with people

HumanistEmpatheticSteadfast

I listen closely and give honest advice, hoping for nothing more than shared progress. I encourage self-reliance and resolve in others, and stand firm against negativity so people can grow with their integrity intact.

iv — standards

What I hold to

RespectFocusIntegrity

I value respect that's earned through persistence and worth rather than opportunism. Steady focus keeps my work consistent; integrity keeps it transparent and reliable — building the mutual trust where good contributions are recognised.
